Peter Finch is a Chartered Accountant and Tax Professional with a background in managing wealth and property portfolios for international clients through his work in the family office sector. Having overseen high-value real estate assets across the globe, Peter recognised a clear opportunity in London: property services could be delivered more efficiently, more professionally, and with greater care.

Drawing on both his professional experience and the management of his own personal property portfolio, Peter founded UrbanNest to raise standards in the rental market - both for landlords and tenants. He is committed to helping landlords maximise the value of their assets while delivering high-quality, well-maintained homes that meet the expectations of today’s young professionals in London.
